The analysts looked to use both data sets to figure out if demographics were connected to drinking water fountain access.
The evaluation was able to identify the demographics of areas with water fountains, also observing whether the state of the fountains was better or inferior in lower class neighborhoods. The cleanliness of various fountains was found inadequate, even if most were operating.
